Republic Plaza is set to provide a luxurious live-work-play environment and one of the best investment opportunities in Ho Chi Minh City. It features two towers being developed with an officetel and suites concept.
Tower A on Cong Hoa street is the Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport hotel with 350 rooms built to a five-star standard managed by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) - the world’s leading hotel management company. This will be the first Holiday Inn & Suites branded hotel and the seventh of the IHG’s five-star hotel chain across Vietnam.
Tower B includes 266 officetel and suite units with a floor area of 47sqm -104sqm. All the units will be equipped with luxurious interior facilities suitable for living, working or renting out to businessmen, aviation staff and tourists.
The two towers are connected by a podium and a skywalk, forming a unique architectural masterpiece. The podium includes a luxurious shopping centre, boutique shops, banks, offices, a gym and a spa as well as conference rooms, a ballroom, a swimming pool, restaurants and cafes, creating a true business hub.
The project is located on one of the main and busiest arteries in the city, only five minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport and next to the future metro line. It is surrounded by hospitals, schools, shopping centres and parks.
Republic Plaza benefits from large windows that will allow more natural light and airflow to penetrate the building and provide panoramic views of the city. This will create a dynamic ‘three-in-one’ lifestyle, so people can live, work and play in a high-class environment.
“When it opens in 2018, it will be the first Holiday Inn & Suites in Vietnam, catering both to transient guests passing through the airport, corporate customers visiting office and factory clusters nearby such as E-Town, as well as being a strong venue for MICE business,” said Michael Hoe-Knudsen, Regional General Manager of IHG.
Of particular importance at the event is the signing of the co-investment agreement between Vietjet Air and Thuy Duong Duc Binh Trading JSC that will allow Vietnam’s largest private carrier to move its headquarters to Republic Plaza in 2018.
According to Nguyen Thi Thuy Binh, deputy vice president of Vietjet, Republic Plaza has a prime location near Tan Son Nhat airport and meets all the criteria of a comfortable, dynamic working space as well as the quality accommodation and recreation opportunities Vietjet Air is looking for. Furthermore, HDBank and Thuy Duong Duc Binh Trading JSC have signed a cooperation agreement to provide loans for buyers at preferential interest rates.
Republic Plaza is designed by well-known Singaporean company Surbana and DP Consulting. Its interior is the work of Sicart & Smith of France, while Indochina ACM is the project manager. The project is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2018. To celebrate its launch, Republic Plaza will offer preferential programmes for customers, including an Iphone 7 Plus 128Gb upon depositing VND50 million; a saving book of VND30 million upon the contract signing; plus a deferred payment package of 1 per cent per month. Applicable to the first 30 first buyers only. Repubic Plaza is located at 18E Cong Hoa Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
